Eligibility for Returns

✅ Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
✅ Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
✅ Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used herbal teas and wellness products
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Clearance or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email Us: Contact our customer support team at sunnahhealingremedies@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the Item: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days (excluding shipping costs).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original product if eligible.
